They loved the experience!

If you are looking for an authentic Moroccan experience then look no further. This place is a real gem. Beautiful home, beautiful gardens, amazing food and an incredibly welcoming host for whom nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location to the airport but much more than a hotel layover!

I don’t know where to begin to describe the sheer beauty and majesty of this ‘palace’. It was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. Having said that – we never felt intimidated by our surroundings – we both felt it was also a very warm and happy home. We truly felt very much at home here. No description or photos could do it justice. Meikke our host was so genuinely welcoming and very charming. He sat with us a told us the lovely story of his family and the house. Dinner was fabulous – served ‘Moroccan’ style in one of the luxurious lounges. We had so much choice. The food was delicious and freshly made with the help of some of the garden’s produce. We had a delightful beetroot and orange starter, 2 different types of tagine, warm bread, salads, fruit and verbena tea – all for €10 each. We booked this property as it was close to the airport. If/when we return to Morocco I would love to stay here for a few days – soaking in the atmosphere and hospitality of this little gem.

This place is amazing. The house, the garden, the hospitality, quality of the food, just everything was perfect. We found it easy to get there – if you use navigation you basically can’t miss it. Huge doors opened when we drove up, even though we were more early than we informed them we would be arriving. Mekki has so many interesting things to tell about the history of the house and the family and his plans for the future – hard to imagine it can even get better than this but I would definitely come back another time to find out. Both room and bathroom design were amazing and the house is so spacious and comfortable, we loved every minute of our time there. Much recommended!

The owner, a very nice guy, speaking French and English perfectly, is renovating the whole place and it already looks gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The dining hall is something I haven’t seen before in my 10 days in this country – all the art plays so well together and even though rich colors are used every so often it doesn’t look cheap but rather like one big masterpiece. I can highly recommend this one!

Our second stay was just as wonderful as the first. We love the place it is just unique. We had a wonderful traditional Maroccan dinner on our arrival. The host Mekki is the most helpful and pleasant person. He even got up at 5 in the morning to send us well of to the airport. The best recommendation from us.

It was our best stay and experience in Morocco. The owner was super kind and very helpful to us!!! We will come back again for sure ance we return to Morocco. The food was great as well, I can only recomend the place to everyone.

Amazing grounds, hospitality and villa! Mekki is an amazing host and is sharing his family’s beautiful villa with guests while keeping many of the family’s decor in the shared spaces. The food was amazing and the garden is beautiful and relaxing.

This place is a hidden gem in Morocco. Unspoiled, genuine, breathtakingly beautiful to every last detail that shows in the decoration, facilities, beautiful garden… We fell in love with this place the minute we walked in. Mekki is an amazing host that truly cares about the guests experience and sharing the love and history of the property. One could easily get lost in conversation with him. Breakfast and dinner was probably the best and most authentic we had in Morocco. The space, besides beautiful, is very very big – big enough to be around several guests without disturbing each other. We most certainly will consider coming back and wish we could have stayed longer.

We received the warmest of welcomes in Morocco. It felt like being welcomed as an old friend into a fabulous home. The hotel is growing from the passion the family is putting into the hotel and grounds. The garden is a beautiful ‘work in progress’, a real oasis of calm, which included meeting a turtle and lizard under the cactus and vines! If you are looking for a beautiful location and unique Moroccan interiors, I would highly recommend. We only stated a night before going home to Ireland. I would recommend a 2 night stay to fully take the atmosphere in. Extra bonus! the home cooked food was excellent and fresh.

Simply the best! If you are looking for an UNIQUE TRUE MAROKKAN experience this is the place! It’s magic. The owner is so gentle and nice it really adds up to the overall staying! Out if 10, this place deserves 100!
